Drink two glasses of water every hour on the entire day of your treatment. (Before and after your treatment.) Before your treatment, drinking water is to optimize the hydration of the fat cell so the Light will target the fat cell.

Do not eat one hour before and one hour after your treatment. This will allow your liver to focus on processing the fat without being distracted by processing your food. Don't eat for at least a half-hour before treatment.
Put your Red Light Therapy Belt on for 20 min. at a time, maximum of 3 times a day with a break of 2 min in between (maximum of 60 min.).
Ideally, bodyweight exercises like squats, pushups, or sit-ups. We recommend a HIIT workout to start flushing the released fat from your system. 20 min. of cardio or a session on a vibration plate also does the trick if exercise is not an option.

Keep your diet healthy and ample water intake
